RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for choosing THELUXZONE for your luxury timepiece. We take pride in offering only the highest quality products and we hope you're fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to assist with an exchange or return. Please carefully review our policy below:

RETURNS

We accept returns within 7 days from the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in brand-new condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
  • Any items returned that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at theluxzoneeu@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase or the return form, and clearly label the package with your RMA number.
  3. Ship the Return: Mail the item to the following address:

    Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to safeguard against loss or damage during transit.

INSPECTION & PROCESSING

Upon receiving your return, our team will thoroughly inspect the item to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the item is in acceptable condition, we will process your exchange or refund within 3-7 business days. Please note:

  • A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
  • Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or to your original payment method, depending on your preference.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us immediately at theluxzoneeu@gmail.com. We will arrange for an expedited exchange or refund, ensuring the issue is resolved as quickly as possible.

EXCLUSIONS

  • Sale items are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items returned without prior authorization or that do not meet the return conditions will be sent back to the customer.
